BUBBLE UP PIZZA by Momma-Preneur

Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Sweet Italian Sausage
4 Cups Ragu Pizza Sauce
2-1/4 Tubes of Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
2 1/2 Cups Mozzarella cheese
Basil, to desired taste
9x13 glass baking dish

Directions:  

1.  Preheat oven to 350 F.
2.  In a skillet,add 2 tbsp. olive oil and the 2 lbs. of Sweet Italian Sausage.  Brown sausage over medium heat until cooked through, stirring to crumble. 3.  Once sausage is done, in the same skillet, add 4 cups Ragu pizza sauce, basil, a handful of mozzarella cheese, and 2-1/4 tubes of Pillsbury Grand Biscuits (cut into 1/4 size pieces). 
4.  Stir all together until you have thoroughly covered the biscuits.
5.  Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish coated with olive oil and/or cooking spray.
6.  Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and then sprinkle with 2-Cups cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.
7.  Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
8.  Cut into 12 serving size pieces.

PILLSBURY BUBBLE UP (Pineapple & Cheese) PIZZA
 
Ingredients:

4 Cups Ragu Pizza Sauce
20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
2-1/4 Tubes of Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
2 1/2 Cups Mozzarella cheese
Basil, to desired taste
9x13 glass baking dish

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. In a bowl mix:  4 cups Ragu pizza sauce, basil, a handful of mozzarella cheese, and 2-1/4 tubes of Pillsbury Grand Biscuits (cut into 1/4 size pieces) and the drained crushed pineapple.
4. Stir all together until you have thoroughly covered the biscuits.
5. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish coated with olive oil and/or cooking spray.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
7.  Remove from oven (boost oven to 400 degrees) and then sprinkle pizza with 2-Cups cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.
8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
9. Cut into 12 serving size pieces.
